About The Event

The Brahma Viharas are not only about cultivating positive emotion. When practiced skillfully, they can be the basis for profound insight into the nature of reality. On this weekend, we will take a deep experiential dive into Metta — through talks and guided practices that foster a heart-centered understanding of our interconnectivity with all that is.

Led by Amala and Padmadharini

Open to all TFO Mitras and Dharmacharinis in the US and Canada. This is the first of two standalone retreats covering all of the Brahma Viharas. You are welcome to sign up for this weekend by itself. You do not have to commit to attending Part 2 (offered on December 8-10). We ask all attendees to clear their schedules so they can participate in the retreat fully for the entire weekend.

We ask all participants to be open to this broader definition of a women-centered space. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at alokasetu@gmail.com.
